Future looks Golden with new home enquiries “off the charts”

Golden Homes has turned thirty and it’s celebrating by helping more kiwis build their dream home.

At Village PR, we’re thrilled to be working with the iconic New Zealand building company as it see a surge in business.

Bay of Plenty Golden Homes general manager Saint Whatuira says the construction side of the business is “absolutely crazy”.

His advice to those wanting to build a new home is to get planning underway as soon as possible.

“The pre-construction process takes time to work through plans, colours and the many options available to our customers. We have a professional and efficient construction team that can accommodate new client builds.”

In Warkworth, Golden Homes’ Sales Executive Peter Clementson agrees residential build enquiries are “off the charts”.

“Warkworth offers a relaxing, easy living lifestyle with all the facilities that is perfect for first homes buyers, families and retirees.”

Golden Homes has already built more the 200 houses in the Warkworth area and has established a strong team of builders and contractors that share a vision of excellence.

The team in west Auckland is also experiencing an upturn in business.

Construction of 177 new terraced houses at Kumeu Central is on schedule to begin early next year as Golden Homes establishes a permanent base on Huapai’s Main Road to support future growth and residential development.

“There’s tremendous growth potential around Kumeu and Huapai with diverse product ranges from high-density to stand alone residential and, of course, sought-after lifestyle living,” explains Golden Homes Sales Consultant Paul Houchen.

“Golden Homes is currently celebrating its 30 year anniversary, it has come a long way from its beginnings in Rotorua – now it is a market leading national brand that caters for everyone; from affordable single-level dwellings to high-end architecturally designed builds. It makes sense for us to have a permanent base in the area and we’re excited to join the local community and help future residents to build their dream homes.”
